Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the UAE and the GCC, plus international destinations. Options and any duties are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard UAE delivery is free on orders over AED 1000, or AED 25 for orders under AED 1000.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UAE delivery takes 2–4 business days; GCC and international typically 5–10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for items unworn and unwashed with tags attached. A pickup fee of AED 10 applies to UAE returns (refunds) and is deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — and exchanges are free (no pickup fee). Request one within 7 days for a different size or colour, subject to availability, via our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Head to our Returns & Exchanges page and use the self-service portal — enter your order number, choose Return or Exchange for each item, and we'll take it from there.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you accept international returns?
International orders are final sale — returns and exchanges are available for UAE orders only.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Check the size guide and the Fit Notes on each product page. Most pieces have a relaxed fit and are true to size. Still unsure? Email hello@cultishh.com.
My size is sold out — will it restock?
Our drops are limited and intentional. Some styles restock, many don't — follow us on Instagram for restock news.
Products & Care
What are your pieces made from?
We work primarily with 100% linen and other natural fibres, chosen for breathability and longevity.
How do I care for my pieces?
Most pieces are cold gentle machine wash, line dry in shade, warm iron. Always check the care label on your garment.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and Apple/Google Pay, plus pay in 4 interest-free instalments with Tabby at checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
Cultishh is online only — but we're always reachable at hello@cultishh.com.
