How does Cultishh sizing work?
Cultishh pieces are designed for a relaxed, effortless fit that moves with you. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a looser silhouette, or true to size for a more tailored look.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Yes, we ship worldwide from our base in the UAE. Shipping rates, customs duties, and import taxes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only — refunds are not issued unless an item is faulty.

Each piece is crafted from 100% pure linen and made in the UAE, reflecting our commitment to local craftsmanship, conscious design, and small-batch production.

How do I care for my linen pieces?
We recommend gentle cold washing or hand washing, followed by air drying. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to maintain the natural softness and texture of linen. Each wash only makes your Cultishh piece softer and more beautiful over time.

What does "final sale" mean?
Items marked as sale or pre-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
