Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Cultishh pieces — but if something isn't quite right, you can start a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Here's everything you need to know.
What can I return?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale (non-returnable): sale items, pre-order items, and all international orders. International orders shipped outside the UAE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free — no pickup fee. Request an exchange within 7 days for a different size or colour (subject to availability) and we'll arrange collection and send your replacement.
Faulty item?
We're so sorry! Email hello@cultishh.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.
How to start a return or exchange
Use our self-service portal — enter your order number and email, choose Return or Exchange for each item, and we'll take it from there.
Return costs
Exchanges: free.
Returns (refunds) — UAE: a AED 10 pickup fee is deducted from your refund to cover collection from your address.
International: final sale — not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method (less the AED 10 pickup fee). Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.
