We want you to love your Cultishh pieces. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Fee

A pickup and processing fee of AED 10 applies to UAE returns and is deducted from your refund.

International Orders

International orders are final sale — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All international sales are final.

Final Sale Items

Sale and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
